There is news from Microsoft official that they are offering peoples free repairing for surface laptop 3 screen cracks. As Microsoft’s surface laptop 3 was launched in October 2019 and users start buying it and using it and the majority of them were reporting there are automatic cracks appearing on their laptop screens and they don’t know the reason. They all were thinking that it is a manufacturing fault.

 

After many of the users were facing the same problem then they started to complain about the issue on the Microsoft community forum and Reddit. According to the ZDNet this issue has been shown only in surface laptop 3 devices with aluminum cases and not in other like laptops which are covered with Alcantara fabric.

 

As this issue was not so clear and the majority of the users were complaining that they all are facing the same issue so considering that Microsoft planned to start the investigation about the problem in February 2020. Now the company started explaining the issue publically that why users were facing the crack on-screen problems.

“Microsoft says that they have investigated the claims of the screen cracking issue on surface laptop 3 and find out the results that due to a hard foreign particle there may a hairline fracture on the screen that appears automatically without any cause or reason. ”

 

Now the company also tells how they will help the users who are facing the surface laptop 3 screen crack issue. The users who are experiencing the problem can contact Microsoft support and have free repair within the warranty time of the laptop.
