As Microsoft’s surface laptop 3 was launched in October 2019 and users start buying it and using it and the majority of them were reporting there are automatic cracks appearing on their laptop screens and they don’t know the reason. They all were thinking that it is a manufacturing fault.

“Microsoft says that they have investigated the claims of the screen cracking issue on surface laptop 3 and find out the results that due to a hard foreign particle there may a hairline fracture on the screen that appears automatically without any cause or reason. ”

Now the company also tells how they will help the users who are facing the surface laptop 3 screen crack issue. The users who are experiencing the problem can contact Microsoft support and have free repair within the warranty time of the laptop.
