There is no confirmed date for the reopening of schools across Punjab.

Punjab School Education Minister Dr. Murad Raas had confirmed that there is no confirmed date for the reopening of schools across Punjab.

According to Dr. Murad Raas that the news on social media of reopening of schools is fake. In Pakistan, All private Institutes are appeal to the government for reopening of schools and colleges and also give them facilities to protect teachers and students from coronavirus.

But according to the government, it’s risky for students and also for teachers but HEC says that firstly open the universities because university students are able to follow the SOP’s and the HEC also start notification for those students who are living in remote areas that they are coming back to hostels and attending online classes and HEC also says that we are doing our best for students and providing them low internet packages.

And Punjab Educational system also not be ready for promoting the students without exams.
The final decision of the reopening of universities and colleges and schools is to held on 2 July 2020.
