Depression is also called a disease because it attacks the human mind and it describes the feeling of sadness, anger mood.

silent depression becomes very common. In America almost 81 percent of people of adult ages get depressed.

People get depressed in different ways as you lost in your daily work routine and the problems of your relationship and some chronic health conditions.

Normal mood off or anger is not a symptom of depression but we say that it’s the first step of depression.

The doctors prove the symptoms of depression by resulting in different ways experienced in children, men, and women.

The symptoms of depression in men:

Mood such as anger, aggressiveness, restlessness, anxiousness.
Emotional well being such as feeling empty, sad, and hopeless.
Behavior such as thoughts of suicide, using drugs, loss of interest, feeling tired easily.
Sleeping patterns such as restless sleep, not sleeping through the night, overthinking.
Physical well being such as digestive problems, headache, pains.

The symptoms of depression in women:

Mood such as irritating Emotional well being such as feeling sad, empty, and hopeless.
Behavior such as thoughts of Suicide and loss of interest in activities.

Sleeping patterns such as waking early or sleeping too much.
Physical well being such as decreased energy, pain headache, weight changes.

Moods such as irritating, mood swings, or crying.
Emotional well being such as crying out loudly too much.
Behavior such as don’t want to go to school, avoiding friends and family, and thoughts of suicide.
Cognitive well being such as bad performance, overthinking and grades changing.
Sleeping patterns such as difficulty in sleeping or sleeping too much.
