Amazon Launches In Saudi Arabia

As more and more shoppers in Saudi Arabia go online for purchases, the tech giant Amazon has now officially launched its services in Kingdom.

According to details, shopping worldwide has received a boost from pandemic-related lockdowns and more shoppers are forced to turn to the web for their purchases.

Amazon has launched in the Kingdom, as in wake of the coronavirus, locals are turning to web for shopping.

Customers can now shop on Amazon in Saudi Arabia using their Souq credentials and free next day delivery will be available for orders above SR200 ($53).

Furthermore to use amazon.sa on shoppers should download the Amazon shopping app and select “Saudi Arabia” from the settings.

Coronavirus in Saudi Arabia:

The Saudi Ministry of Health said 48 percent of new cases recorded in Riyadh where 2,371 new cases announced.

The ministry also announced that 2,122 more patients had recovered from coronavirus, bringing the total number of recoveries to 91,662.

Saudi Arabia has so far conducted 1.167 million tests for COVID-19, 23,484 of which carried out on Wednesday.
